Had maple hardwood flooring throughout main floor (kitchen, dining area, living room, foyer), and incurred a dishwasher leak, damaging approx. 200 sq. ft. Total Image offered to replace the damaged area and refinish the entire main floor (approx. 900 sq. ft.), but also suggested an option, which I initially resisted: vinyl floor planks. I had visions of 1970 linoleum. How wrong I was! Jim suggested we visit his store, and we were astounded by the variety and quality. We brought home some samples and decided it was the way to go. A realtor friend also told us that such flooring is now the option of choice in many higher-end homes. The installation was done on time, and the guys who did the work knew what they were doing. They were polite and did not mind that we had decided to camp out in the upstairs part of our home while they completed the downstairs work. We could not be happier with the end result. Go vinyl planks: they're waterproof, pet-proof and look amazing.

Insurance job, unknown what the cost is. Today we had our new carpet installed today. The two guys that came and installed the carpet were amazing and the carpet looks and feels excellent. They got the old carpet removed and the new carpet and installed the new carpet all in one day. So happy with the service. Also our meeting at the store to pick out the carpet was great. They also vacuumed the carpet. Amazing.

This company was recommended by insurance company. Jennifer was easy to deal with and very eager to help us. We replaced good laminate which is no longer available, with a new product, which while less expensive, is water resistant. And added in floor heating.
The installers were great to work with and consulted with us on every decision. Floor looks great and really nice to have a warm floor in the basement. Insurance covered most of the cost.

I asked for a quote to replace some laminate that was damaged. I chose this company because they did the original installation. After the fellow came by, it was nothing but a headache and constantly had to follow up. They sent a quote and I said great, lets go and still no one got back to me!!! Plus they have a board of mine as a sample that I want back, no response. Don't deal with them - they have obviously gone downhill and I can only imagine if you use them for an install, and need follow up, they will be total unresponsive. That should be their name.

I put laminate in my basement! It turned out great! The installers were professional and efficient! The sales people were knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I would recommend Total Image to anyone looking for a great experience and large selection to choose from! Over all my experience was a great one.

the floors they installed buckled and separated there guarantee. is they have no idea what they are doing. they send their best out to fix the damage. if this their best you better hope not to get their average to install. I do not have photos but you are welcome to contact and come see the crap you will receive.
