re-roofing our house

Adanac were recommended to us by a friend in the roofing trade.

During the Quotation phase I met with Warde Shearing at Adanac's offices. I found Warde to be extremely helpful and although I had just dropped by he was willing to spend all the time necessary to explain his product and services. I left his offices with a quote, and it was the quotation that we finally accepted. In the weeks afterwards while we were waiting for the weather to improve, I was able to contact him whenever I needed to get questions answered.

Saul Fuentes and his crew turned up one Saturday morning at 7.30am and by 5.30pm that day had stripped off the old roof and had installed 90% of the new one. The next day they were able to complete the installation. All the garbage was removed the following day.
Saul and his crew were organized and efficient, and I was impressed with their ability to complete in such a short time. On inspection of the work done, the quality of the work was excellent. Saul was friendly and helpful and kept me apprised of his progress. I would definitely recommend their services to anybody in need of a new low-pitch roof.

Approximate cost of services:
$11,000.00
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Make sure that you get several quotes, that the quotes are in writing and ask lots of questions about the product being offered as a solution to your problem. We found the quotes were all over the place, as high as $24,000. Make sure that you include Adanac Roofing in your requests for quote.
