Adanac roofing & gutters was easy and pleasant to dealt with from beginning to end. Cody, our project manager was very thorough on our project and he responded to our requests effectively. The onsite crews kept the work area clean, and did daily cleanups which we really appreciate.

We recently had our tile roof replaced with asphalt shingles; also replacing our fascia boards, removing the built-in gutter, installing leaf guards and new drain pipes with gutters, as well as the vinyl soffits. We are thrilled with the finished the work; it is absolutely stunning!

The crews were well-mannered, paid close attention to detail and went above and beyond it terms of service and work quality. Cody checked in frequently with the next steps / scopes of work!

Roof is amazing. They were respectful of all our yard and protected everything with tarps. They cleaned up everything, and made sure all nails were picked up. They worked in sections so roof was never left exposed to elements overnight. They must have some amazing weather app because it never rained while they were working . I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof. Reasonable price and a great roof. Very satisfied!!

These guys are fast, efficient and honest. We are totally impressed with all aspects of the recent re-roofing of 18 buildings in our Langley townhouse complex. The Malarkey Legacy XL product I selected was in high demand and in short supply. Adanac pre-ordered the required quantity, stored it in their warehouse over winter at their cost and completed the job on schedule, in April. All phases of this project - removal, installation and cleanup were completed in a efficient and professional manner.
Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. I have been approached by people driving past , who admire the look of the roof and ask me for the name of the company that did the work. Adanac is a name that I would recommend to anyone looking for a great roofing company.

After several quotes from different companies, Adanac was chosen to do the roofing replacement on our home based on the excellent experience we had with Cody. We were provided all the information we needed to make decisions, and importantly we didn't feel pushed to pick any particular option or felt rushed into replacing our roof. They worked with timelines which made sense to us and were very accommodating. Installation was on time, very professional and went smoothly, including cleanup. The onsite crew were efficient and courteous. Cost was as estimated. They went above and beyond in post installation support, fixing a couple of minor preexisting issues which the replacement exposed.
