Called this morning, technician (Chris O) arrived within time frame quoted. Chris identified and explained the problem and quoted a price for the part, picked up the part and had our furnace running again within an hour. He was efficient, respectful and friendly. Appreciated the fast service!!

Alex U. checked out my furnace and made a small adjustment to the gas flow. He answered all my questions and appeared to be very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Showed me how to set my furance fan to operate all the time. I would certainly recommend him to my friends and family. Thanks Alex.

***Sept 28- Issue was rectified by McKinley tech. New furnace requires Air conditioner set up via Bluetooth App. This probably should have been tested and resolved at the time of install so 2 stars dropped off the rating*** Other than that my original comments stand. Would definitely call McKinley for Future Work.
************Sept 27*************McKinley determined what the route cause of the issue was and promised to send someone out to rectify. Turns out it was a new set up requirement their techs had not been trained in. They have promised to have someone out directly to resolve.****

****Well I wrote a glowing review before I found out they did not test the air conditioning. The Blower motor will not come on while the air conditioning is on, and the fan will not come on when turned on via the thermostat. Contacted the salesperson, no response. Contacted the main number and they sent someone out, who is working on it, but has no idea what the issue is. I will update this review if they can rectify.************

I called McKinley after getting quotes from a few different companies (one of which never called back to confirm some info).
Matt the salesperson was the most knowledgeable of all the salespeople that came by, and was willing to answer all of my questions and concerns.
We settled on the installation of a new furnace and air conditioner.
It was a particularly awkward job and I had to prep by taking down a wall in advance to meet code requirements.
The Crew sent out (Freddie, Mel, Francis) worked through a very difficult job, quickly, and efficiently. I cannot say enough about them. After the work was completed they cleaned up COMPLETELY after themselves.

The second half of the job was postponed due to an early snowfall (the installation manager called and asked if they could push the installation to deal with a series of emergency no heat calls- I agreed).
On the followup date, Freddie and Mel showed up again, and worked in the same manner as before quickly and efficiently. Any questions I had, Freddie answered. Again on departure they cleaned up completely.

One of the Quotes I received was a few thousand dollars less than McKinley, and I would gladly pay that extra money again for the service received from McKinley. I can say enough how on point it was.

Devin , Andrew D did an excellent job on the installation. They took great care to lay down mats so as not to damage my flooring. Along with the electrician they completed the task in 5 hours including start up and explaining all details of the operation. They took care to do a thorough clean up before leaving.

Ryan, the technician, was pleasant and professional. He did the most comprehensive and complete inspection that I have had to date including cleaning filters inside and out, checking my drainage line (which had never been done by a technician before) and checking the air flow output and temperature. a friend has never had an inpection of her a/c unit done; I recommended that she book an appointment and ask that Ryan be the technician.

We decided to replace both furnace and A/C units after our old A/C bit the dust and we didn’t trust the furnace to go another winter. The crew for the replacement arrived within the slotted time frame and immediately put down rubber matting to protect our hardwood flooring and carpet. They were very friendly and started in immediately. The replacement of the units went without a hitch and they were finished the work by 4 pm and I was told originally that the work could take up to a day and half. Devin, the journeyman on site explained the new thermostat in detail to me and the units both started performing right away. Our home had built up heat to 28 degrees and was unbearably hot even though we had all our fans going. The house started to cool down immediately. We are extremely happy with the work Devin’s crew did and they cleaned up after themselves, leaving us with no cleaning up to do.

This morning we had Christian from Mckinley here to look at furnace and do tune- up. He spent time with the checking of furnace and humidifier and installed a new filter in humidifier. Also, noted that a rusty valve could be changed in the line. Christian was very polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

Travis & apprentice Ryan, serviced both furnace & a/c today. They came within the scheduled timeframe, worked a little over an hour, with Travis ensuring that Ryan completed assigned tasks satisfactorily. I especially liked that Travis came as he's been looking after our equipment for the last four years. He is personable with a ready smile, but also thoroughly professional, explaining everything thoroughly, reminding me of what has to be done to prep. for the winter, weighed costs of prepaying for 2 years (I did) rather than using the $50 coupon I had, and went the extra steps to ensure a satisfied customer. I also liked that both took off their work boots as they came into the house. Next year I will again request that Travis services the equipment. A job well done.

Technician Eric was prompt, professional and courteous. Eric serviced the A/C unit and had to replace a part. He took the time to explain what he had found and costs to repair and sought our approval before proceeding. Have used McKinley for furnace and A/C servicing a number of times, and continue to be impressed by their technicians. Thanks Eric!

We booked our annual maintenance online and had the service work performed within a week. Travis was the technician who performed the maintenance on our furnace and air conditioning unit. Travis was very efficient and was able to answers any questions I had about the equipment. Very prompt and professional service.
