From Sales to Installation I was very impressed with this company. We had all the windows and 1 door in our home replaced. Sales explained everything that they were recommending and why. As for installation they were on time, efficient, neat, very through, knowledgeable and very pleasant . I would not hesitate to use this company in the future and would highly recommend them.

Karl delivered as promised. He was responsive to questions, really clear on the options and the quote, and the service on the installation was on time, easy and super friendly.

We were very pleased with the sales and service we received from Karl and his staff. We found the initial meeting with Karl was very pleasant. It became apparent right away that Karl is very knowledgeable on all the different styles of window and what would be best for our house. He spent a lot of time measuring and discussing our options. It gave us a great deal of confidence that our project would look amazing. Quite a few windows needed to be resized due to our renovation and Karl explained how the exterior of the house would look as well. We received other quotes for our project and from all the other companies we met with it was Superior that we had the greatest confidence in. The installation was also top notch. Jay and his assistance were very particular that the windows were installed perfectly. We were overjoyed with the look of our house both inside and outside. This was our 3rd time using Superior in the past 12 years and they have never disappointed. Top notch service with dependable timelines and quality products and options. We have gradually been replacing the original windows in our home (built in the late 80's). This time we even added two new entrance doors. We are extremely pleased with the level of service provided by Superior and the quality and workmanship is second to none. The windows installed 12 years ago look like they were installed yesterday. We have run out of windows to replace but I wont hesitate recommending them to others!

My parents used this company over a decade ago and now as a homeowner I have used them twice. Both times with great service. The most recent was a larger project involving all front windows of my house. I received several quotes but nothing compared to the patience and explanations Karl provided. He spent hours doing to quote to describe everything and also talked about future planned work as well. The install also was well done with any concerns being addressed. I will most certainly be coming back to them in the future.

Over the years Superior has replaced every window and door in our home. In some cases we had to have them replace doors and windows that had already been replaced by companies with inferior products. This last job of replacing our 9ft sliding glass door and a bay window (which had to be completely rebuilt) was the last of our windows/doors to be replaced by Superior. These folks stand behind their products, are willing to come by and fix up the smallest little thing (even years after the product had been installed) and are so responsive to every inquiry.

From start, when Karl comes to quote, to when Jay comes to do the installation, they are professional, friendly and committed to ensuring the absolute satisfaction of their customer.

I had a new exterior door installed yesterday. It had to be a custom order because is the odd size. The new door looks terrific and as always Superior Home Improvement installers did a great job. This is the third door they have installed. They are a pleasure to work with and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. I would have no hesitation recommending them for future work.
