Royal Carpet & Rug Cleaning

Background: I needed a quick cleaning of my overused carpet for my townhouse that was going on sale within a week's time. I tried couple of other highly rated homestar contractors for the quotation. To my surprise, Royal's quotation was the cheapest. I was a little concerned if their work would be any better from them. Comparing the reviews, I finally went ahead with them.

Deal: The owner treated me well over the phone, answering all my concerns in the comforting manner. Booked the time as early as 2 days, over the weekend, which again to my surprise was perfect to what I needed, while other contractors couldn't offer that. They had a special area staff and van for Oakville.

I needed an upper portion of a 3 bedrooms townhouse, a hallway and stairs (that needed deep cleaning). And also the upholstry for 2 sofas.

Service: They were there on time. 2 people showed up. In uniform (which added another comfort), with clean rubber shoes, with clothes covering my newly installed Hardwood.

They finished within 1.5 hours. All my spots were gone. Other than couple which were stubborn enough that would just not go away at all anyway. I was fine with that. They left no mess and wiped any water sprays on my hardwood too without/before I could've mentioned.

I'm one of their satisfied customers. Will definitately use them again.

Sohail is very courteous and easy to deal with. The work looks great! They did their work very efficiently and they are willing to answer questions that i have. There were some items that my husband was concerned about since this is our first time but they explained it to us very well. Most especially the budget. Sohail gave us a good deal for the budget that we have.

The guys are good. They have a good carpet cleaning package at affordable prices. They are easily accesible and comes on time. We wiil surely recommend this company and will continue to be a regular costumer.

Did a great job cleaning my carpets. Very friendly service and would use them next time. Used other companies before but service was no where close to these guys. They were also able to get some bad stains out that i thought were there forever.

We are very satisfied with the service provided by Royal Carpet! With two dogs in the house, we were skeptical about how well the tough stains would come out of the carpet. But we were pleasantly surprised! They were also able to get some of the tough rust stains from the piano wheels out of our carpet. Very reasonably priced and courteous/friendly staff. I hired these guys to clean my sister's new home which is fully carpeted. They were very professional and did a great job for a reasonable price. Because of the condition of the carpets I was sure they would have to be removed but now I am convinced they should stay. Carpet looks BRAND NEW!
