Unit sold without working heat
We bought a brand new condo by kwest homes, Upon possession our heating unit did not work. We were infoemed by a trade working in the building that this was a known issue all along. We were given a customer service email to direct any concerns to so we tried to ask about our heat and what was going on. After multiple attempts emailing them over 3 months I finally got a response, it was not helpful at all and put blame on other people and accepted none themselves. After talking to them that day I have been ignored again and offered no solution to not having our heat working despite being under warranty . To add to this we got possession mid November we have had absolutely no heat working throughout
the winter and no help or concern on their part. I'm not sure how they were even able to sell this unit without heat working let alone leave us for months without any fix or even a simple response to an email. I DO NOT recommend buying a home from them
