My wife and I are really happy with our home purchase experience thus far. We bought at Vista Ridge in Beamsville and our home will be ready in 2019. This is our third new build purchase, but our first from Losani. The sales process was easy and straightforward. Lots of floor plans to choose from in our budget. Our design appointment with Ashley was really enjoyable and we cannot wait to see our home with all the features we selected. Lots of great standard features, and upgrade prices were reasonable.

Recently purchased a home at central park. My experience was great. The staff was exceptionally friendly and they made the purchasing process go very smooth. When it was time to pick my finishes and upgrades I was very happy with what they had to offer. Overall my experience was great and I would not hesitate to buy another home from Losani.

In building our most recent home, we dealt directly with a few team members that were exceptional. Thank you so much Chelsea and Ashley!!! Your knowledge and expertise were so integral in helping us build our dream home. We have dealt with many builders over the years, building for both investment properties, and for ourselves, and we have never received such amazing service. We will surely be a part of future Losani developments.

Almost 6 years ago I purchased a losani home in their Ridgeview Community. I was a first time home buyer and my experience was wonderful. I never had any issues at all with construction. The few flaws that I had at walk through we’re all resolved within a month. I recently sold my home and received top dollar for it. Had we not outgrown our house we would still be there. Unfortunately, their new Winona site wasn’t open in time for me to move there. I would purchase another Losani home in a heartbeat if I was in the market. Losani is a First Class Builder in my books and I would definitely recommend them.
