Bravo Gas Fireplace Service

Couldnt be more satisfied!! Called in a last minute fireplace service request this morning and Freddie said they would try to fit us in today if possible but if not tomorrow. With family arriving and it being right before Christmas we were so thankful they actually made it happen and within hours Gunde was here between calls and the fireplace was serviced and shining! Gunde was so thorough and patient explaining the process and we felt well taken care of by the time he left. Many thanks to this family run business, we would score more than 5 if possible!! Great value, the price including tax and a main part was lower than one of the other quotes we got!

Rcvd a call from Fred this a.m. saying he would be coming within a 1/2 hour to check out our gas fireplace. You have never seen such a knowledgeable person. He spread a sheet on the floor and started to look into the problem I had. He was most efficient and thorough. He had the job I would say 30-45 minutes and the cleaning and repairs that were needed done. BRAVO!

Fred came over as soon as I called him.
Wasn't what i thought.
He fixed the problem and did it cheaper than quoted.
Highly recommend his services.

I had Fred come to my condo to replace my electric fireplaces LED lights that was under a warranty with the condo unit Fred was on time and he had my fireplace up and running within minutes. So polite and knowledgeable about all my electrical and gas concerns with my fireplace, I had him go to our main house that same day to service two gas fireplaces. What great service I will recommend Fred to friends and family.

We haven't had the gas fireplace maintained in the 8 years we've lived in our home. The switch was always temperamental, but it seemed worse since last winter. I called Bravo first thing in the morning and Fredy got back to me w/in minutes. He gave me a quote and said if he has to do more, then of course we would discuss what needed to be done. He squeezed us in and was at my house w/in 30 min! Fredy came in w/a mask on, put a drop cloth down by the fireplace, and had his own vacuum. He did a super job cleaning our fireplace and now the fireplace switches on like it should. Our fireplace looks brand new!! His charge was exactly what he quoted to have the fireplace maintained. We are super happy with the whole experience. Thank you!!

This company was amazing! Right from my first conversation with Fred who said they could come by in the next day or two (unlike most places I had conversed with who were booking a month out) to the fellow that came to service our gas fireplace. Although we initially called because the fireplace kept going out, we have also had an issue with it taking a very long time to light. We have been in our home for 26 years with numerous service people over the years (including Fortis) looking ,at the lighting issue. After the Bravo fireplace serviceman cleaned it, now it lights right away every time! I'm sold on Bravo Fireplace Service and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

This fireplace repair service is very fast and honest. They really know what they are doing and don’t try and sell you parts you don’t need . I am just so happy with this fantastic service . I will tell everyone about them . I did have another company come out who didn’t fix the fireplace and told me I needed some expensive parts . Thanks for doing a great job Bravo ! I am extremely happy with the service I received from Bravo Gas Fireplace Service. Fredy is a skilled and efficient service person who fixed and serviced my gas fireplace. He was the second person that I called as the first company I had out originally told me it was needing a part that was unavailable and therefore it was unfixable. Excellent service.
