Bland Brothers Roofing

This was the first and only company i called based on their review and i was not disappointed. They arrived on the date anticipated, workers were quiet and professional. Job site was left very clean and the roof looks great. not to mention heather is awesome !

The “Boss” loves the beautiful, slightly textured, driftwood-colour shingles on our old (circa. 1870) home. The roofers treated our roof and property as if they belonged to each of them personally.

They also put in a skylight over the front door. The bright entrance makes our house more welcoming. The “Boss” is now a firm believer in the light benefits of skylights.

I now see that it well worth being’ second fiddle’ to these experienced (1977) roofers. Their work encourages us to consider doing more jobs around the house. Thanks fellows, for a roofing job well done.

It was time to get a new roof so we got some quotes from various roofing companies. In the end, we decided to go with Bland Brothers not only because their price seemed fair (not the cheapest one) but their quote was the most detailed one, listing exactly what kind of material they would use, etc. It felt very professional and they did not disappoint in this regard.
Everyone involved, Heather in the office, Brian explaining the procedure, and the actual crew doing the roof were very professional, organized, diligent, and courteous. The entire process felt like a "well-oiled-machine-running". The crew arrived on time, made sure ours and the neighbour's property was protected and left our property spick and span after the roof was finished. Thank you!
Last but not least, we also would like to highlight that Brian came to our house before the actual work on the roof could start to fix some spots (raccoon damage) on the roof to prevent water damage or a raccoon in the attic. Oh, and they also made a wonderful drone photo of our roof from above that they used as a diagnostic tool and for us to better understand what was going on!

Our shed badly needed a new roof. Bland Brothers provides a great quote, only outdone by the quality of their work. They paid great attention to detail, were very clean/tidy on our property and professional. We would highly recommend them.

Our roof needed to be replaced after a big rain storm in July caused seepage into multiple rooms of our house. Fearing the worst after seeing water damage to one of our walls, we set out to get a few quotes through referrals. Unfortunately what we received was either not up to our standards or we felt was incredibly overpriced.

After speaking to our neighbors they referred us to Bland Brothers, who had done a job for someone they knew. This was the best decision we made!

Heather was incredibly prompt and accommodating over the phone, and Brian was such a pleasure to deal with in person. He laid everything out for us, walked us through the process, and answered all of our questions in a way such that we felt confident and reassured from the get-go.

After signing our contract Brian and Heather agreed to prioritize our job seeing as we had already sustained damage and were at risk with the weather changing.

The crew arrived promptly as scheduled and worked diligently the entire time they were here. I truly appreciated the ongoing communication and being kept informed by Sam (the crew chief) of any unexpected issues. Brian and Sam were aware of our concerns, particularly in the areas where we sustained damage, and went out of their way to keep us posted.

All in all a great experience. If only dealing with all service providers was so effortless and pleasant! Will definitely recommend Bland Brothers to anyone who needs their roof repaired!!

Needed a roofing company to repair a job bland brothers did. Bland brothers did not nail in the proper spot - on the seem for greater wind protection and strength.

I was very pleased with the new roof that was done by Bland Brothers. I appreciated the temporary shingles that were put on after the windstorm this summer while I waited for the job to be done. The workers were professional and the company is easy to deal with. There was a good size crew that came and the job was done in a day and a half. The roof looks great. I recommend Bland Brothers for your roofing projects.

I first contacted Bland Brothers when I discovered a leak in our roof. I had seen their signs around our neighbourhood. Brian Bland came over within 24 hours and temporarily sealed the leak. I asked for a quote for a new roof, it was time. I received several quotes however after I discussed with others in the neighbourhood who had recently hired Bland Brothers for their homes I felt very comfortable in my decision to proceed with them.
I would highly recommend Bland Brothers to anyone finding themselves in need of a new roof. I was extremely impressed in how professional Brian and his team were. This company has been in business for over 35 years. Their attention to detail and high level of workmanship was extremely impressive. They use a high quality product. All their workers were polite , respectful and hard working – this is not an easy job and having watched them at work, I have more respect for the work they do. Heather Bland The crew was on time every day and worked a full day. In addition, they went above and beyond to protect our property surrounding the house, there was absolutely no damage or issues and the property and work area were cleaned every day.
Heather Bland , you may be behind the scenes (available by phone) but you were great at keeping us up to date on the status of our project.

I needed a new roof and Bland had done 4 on my street. All recommendations where outstanding. I selected Brian of Bland to do my roof. Very, very satisfied. Easy to work with and went the extra mile. He and his crew (Dad included) where fantastic. Offered them all a beer as it was so hot, but they declined as they said the shingles might go on backwards or upside down. They where honest, and that's a really good thing.
Would highly recommend them to anyone. Darlene was great...the Bland mother and in charge... sort of..

I was referred to Bland Brothers by a friend who used them as well as many other people in their neighbourhood. I called and they were there the next business day to provide a quote. Brian was great, very knowledgeable, honest and upfront about everything that would be done. Their crew is a great bunch of hardworking guys. I was quite surprised the extent of the prep work they do with the tarps and plywood to protect your property. This is a company that actually cares about doing a good job and going the extra mile to make you happy. Clean up was immaculate when they leave you wouldn't even know they were there other than the top notch roof. I would recommend Bland Brothers Roofing to anyone and everyone.
