The tile cleaning that was done was done well, though I did ask to have the areas around the fridge and stove at the edges to be done a bit more as they were not as clean as the rest of the area. I was told that would be as good as it gets. What upset me the most is that after the cleaning of the carpets were done stains showed up that must have been under the surface. My carpets look worse than before I had them cleaned! As well minor stains were still visible. I have had better luck with foam cleaners and hand held machines. Very disappointed as I thought this was a highly recommended and reputable company. I spent a lot of money to now have to try to clean them myself.

We hired The Carpet Wizard (Ian) to clean an area rug, as well to clean and seal our entryway and kitchen tile and grout.

The carpet was cleaned offsite and was delivered back to us in excellent, clean condition. No more dog smell or fur!

Our tile and grout has been a challenge to clean to say the least, mostly due to our 3 fur kids running in and out. sometimes with muddy paws. In addition, the regular spills and accidents (coffee, pasta sauce) and other contaminants left us never able to clean the grout to an acceptable 'shade of dirt' despite numerous attempts doing so by hand with different 'safe cleaning recipes', brushes, etc.. In a matter of 2.5 hours Ian was done and our tile and grout looked better than the day it was installed. Worth every penny!

I have used a number of local carpet cleaning companies over the years, but we had never been completely satisfied until WIZARD CARPET had been recommended. They were able to remove stains the other companies said were permanent. From the lady who took our phone call, to the men who came to clean our carpets, I can only say they were extremely professional and easy to deal with. Our carpets dried quickly and cleaner than I had ever seen them. My husband is a contractor and does not recommend companies to his clients unless he has complete confidence in their work, he now only recommends Wizard Carpet Cleaning.

our carpets were filthy after a large renovation to our lower level. We were so pleased with the quality work they did that we got them to clean our grout & tiles in the main bathroom while the rugs were drying.

I was referred by a local carpet store and was told they was the best. I called and booked a time to have my carpets cleaned. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly and answered all my questions. The young man that came to do the cleaning was friendly and did a wonderful job. The carpets look like new and they dried in an hour and a half. I will for sure use them again!
