Excellent customer service and quality. We had a problem with our shed positioning which required a small expansion of the base; which Pro-Concrete had done the year before. Most companies would have ignored our call but Silvio came, and within a week resolved the problem. I did my research on the internet and decided on Pro Concrete to get a quote for my Driveway and Porch Replacement. There are a lot of different contractors to choose from but Iam so very Happy I chose Pro Concrete. They are exactly what they advertised from the Quote right down to the execution of the work. They explained in detail of what was happening step by step and my driveway and porch are gorgeous. Pro Concrete Hamilton ON is an outstanding quality and professional team of staff who make excellent design ideas for all of the stamped concrete work we just had completed in August 2019.

They built us a new backyard patio, front driveway and front stairs and landing area that look beautiful and are receiving rave reviews from all of our neighbours. In addition to our work, our 3 neighbours went ahead and had their driveways done by Pro Concrete to match ours.

Duarte, John, George and all of the team at Pro Concrete made working on this project so enjoyable. They exceeded our expectations and cleaned up after they were complete to include cleaning the road area.

I am extremely impressed with Pro Concrete and would highly recommend them to anybody.
Last November they rushed to get my concrete steps, porch, and pathway done for me before the winter set in. They needed to rush due to my persistence in wanting it done last year.
Well what happened was that a molding form was put in backwards which effected the look of a nose on a step.
Because the job was essentially complete and I was relieved that we had some safe steps and walking path through the winter I paid for the job with the promise of the problem being fixed this spring.
Some might say that wasn’t smart but I had a very good feeling for this company although I did have times when I wondered what the fix would be like.
I am taking the time to write this note because of the response this spring.
Luiz, the boss of the crew that did my job last year recently made arrangements for us to meet and discuss the repair. What he had to say blew my mind. He thought there could be a colour match problem with a repair and what he is planning is to take it all out and redo the whole job. His crew came the following day and did just that. They broke up and removed an almost perfect job and replaced it with a perfect job.
Totally amazing service Luiz. We are very happy and grateful for such a massive response to our problem.
In my opinion something can always go wrong with any job but what separates the good from bad is how the company resolves the problem

I have to give them a 5-star rating after them servicing my driveway. I’m a person who pays attention to details. Just a couple of samples, I have a bunch of plants in the front yard when they started my project. They covered all the plants to prevent them from damaging. After the project was done, they mailed me a maintenance guide regarding the driveway. Useful tips were given to homeowners like me who had no knowledge prior. Customer service was outstanding too. A small area of my steps were slightly damaged due to extreme weather, I walked over to them and told them the situation while they were working on one of my neighbors’ driveway. Surprisingly, they came over and fixed the issue on the same day later on. Overall, the experience was pleasant and efficient. Strongly recommended!
