I do not recommend ordering any furniture which requires 16 weeks to make/deliver. We ordered a leather couch for our basement back in June. At first, we were worried it was too big to fit down our stairwell, one of the sales guys told us it can be taken apart - so there would be NO problem. Once we decided to purchase it, we were then told it would take approx. 16 weeks for delivery. okay ... fine we were not in a rush. It finally arrived this month - and guess what? (surprise, surprise) it doesn't fit in the landing leading to our basement. I mentioned that we were told it comes apart - the delivery guys(who were very friendly) confirmed this but they are not allowed to remove the packaging. Great. Would have been nice to know. Either it has to be shipped back and taken apart by the Service Dept., or we do it ourselves. Out of fear we'd never see the couch again (since we've already paid the full amount), we decided we would take it apart ourselves. So the guys left the couch in the garage with the packaging still on. When my husband got home he saw it was the WRONG couch. Right colour - wrong couch. agh!! So far, nobody has returned our calls to discuss the error - extremely frustrating. It was a spur of the moment purchase -so we had not done any research into the company. If we had, would have stayed away !

gorgeous product very good leather products. Shceduled delivery date is in 3 weeks so we will see how it goes But from the reviews after I purchased it It doesn't sound good I hope my experience is much better.

We bought an all leather couch from Mobilia and it looked nice in the store. It was a bit bigger than we thought it would be when it was finally delivered to our house but not bad. When the couch was delivered there was a tiny scratch, but they gave us a very good discount because of that.

Almost 11 months and still waiting for my table replacement. After it was delivered , I discovered the mechanism that pulls the leaf up was not connected. After repeated attempts to have it repaired , they informed me I had to have it replaced. Well several times I have been told its in Montreal. LOL. Still waiting.

Went to Mobilia in Mississauga at the beginning of July to furnish our newly purchased condo. Found a very nice floor model couch that was being sold and could be delivered the next week. Delivery went ok except they forgot the pins so the two pieces of the sectional didn't attach (not a big deal). Were told we would receive the queen sized bed and bar stools in the first week of August. First week of August came and went, with no word from Mobilia. Called and was told our salesperson, Norman, had left but that the bed and stools should be arriving in the first week of September. Again, the date came and went and no one contacted us.

The bar stools finally arrived in the last week of September and we went out to Mississauga to pick them up (not exactly next door when you live dt toronto). This is almost another story in itself. We got to Mobilia, and were told there was no answer at the warehouse down the street but that we should just go over and see if someone was there. The salesperson also said that he had PERSONALLY handed someone at the warehouse the pins to our couch. Drove to the warehouse and waited around while they searched for the pins and were finally told we had to go BACK to the main Mobilia store to get the paperwork for the stools. Went back, signed the paperwork and found out the pins were actually still at the store and had never been given to the warehouse guy. Drove BACK to the warehouse where we finally picked up the stools (they also put them together) and were told that this happens to customer on a regular basis. The entire trip (excluding driving) took over AN HOUR AND A HALF. TO PICK UP STOOLS THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED.

It has now been 3 entire months since we first placed the order and still no sign of the bed. Called today and was told that the bed has arrived but it's missing the main component which should arrive the LAST WEEK OF OCTOBER. If we had known that it would take over 4 months to receive the bed, we never would have ordered from Mobilia.

Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and the delay. At this point we are ready to cancel the bed but like the other reviews say, Mobilia won't give us our deposit back.

I strongly discourage anyone from buying anything from Mobilia unless they can personally take home the purchase! That being said, we are very happy with our couch (now that we have the pins and it stays together). Wish I'd read the reviews first.

Failure to come up with a product after 6 months. Misinformation about it being in the local warehouse. Failure to deliver after 4 guaranteed delivery dates. Refusal to refund deposit. Threats of 20% restocking fee. Leaving the customer hanging for their lack of organization and lack of product. Zero accountability. All responsibility on the customers side. No assumption of responsibility on their side. Worst organization I've ever dealt with.

Avoid Mobilia at all cost! The worst customer service ever! They don't deliver on time (we're talking about delays in months!!). If you want to cancel because THEY didn't deliver, they will charge you 20% of the furniture price!!

I had the same problem as the other review. They take forever to deliver and their service is very poor. They keep saying the product is on its way and they never call back. I also have another friend how bought something from them and he had the same issue with them. Keep on waiting while they have the deposit. Yes they dont compensate as well for bad service.

The worst service ever!! Avoid this company at all cost. They do not commit to their delivery date and when I asked them to cancel the order because I do need the furniture immediately, they refused to fully refund me and charged me 20% of the furniture price!! The manager of the store was very rude and obviously knows nothing about customer satisfaction! It was THEIR fault for goodness sake and yet they charge the customer for it! Will never deal with them again and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Not even your enemy!

Extremely bad service! I would never deal with Mobilia again or recommend them to anyone. When the shipment of my furniture was delayed I wanted to cancel because I need the furniture. They charged me 20% of the price because of that and the manager was EXTREMELY rude!
