Jackson Roofing

Worst company ever seen, they made mistake in doing their service but the president Dimitar claim that they took no responsibility for it. If you care about your house, never does business with them! Worst roofing company ever with stupid leader. Awful experience.

Jackson Roofing installed the roof on our new custom house several years ago. This spring we saw that the northerly winter winds had blown off a shingle. We called them on a Thursday. They called back on the Friday with an appointmwnt for the following Monday. Very prompt service desk. The installer arrived on time and did a first class job. He also inspected the entire roof and did a couple of other minor repair jobs. We would recommend Jackson unhesitatingly.

Did not properly seal shingles water damage inside my house after only five years !!!!!! STAY AWAY - Run - these people do not even give a warranty to the builders who use them because they obviously can not stand behind the work they do

The house addition part of the house and also a separate garage were re-roofed in November 2015. Somewhat delayed in the start work scheduling but was the busy Fall session.

Shortage in singles due to their understanding I wanted only the south-side of the roof addition and not also the north-side. But they came back the next day and completed all and left everything very tidy. I was will to pay for the additional scope being an honest mistake, but have to give Jackson Roofing for not charging more and to stay at the original price. Therefore, extremely honest are rare to find in any business these days.

I write this review now because of just making a recommendation to a neighbor.

Stay away from this company. They did a terrible job. A few years later the roof started to leak. Called them to come and repair. The lady told me they are very busy. Called for 2 months, and no one return my calls. My ceiling got so damaged, I had to call another company to come and fix.

They redid my roof and eaves trough. The work was done efficiently and professionally. When I had a minor issue with the eaves trough later, they repaired it under warranty as promised. Would recommend this company for your roofing needs.

Although Jackson roofing was a few weeks later than expected, they completed the job quickly and followed through on all promises. I felt as though I got a "top notch" professional company without the premium price. My roof had metal work, a flat portion and a traditional slope. I was happy with every aspect.

Based on a recommendation from a terrific guy that does eavestroughs, I heard about Carey and Jackson Roofing. Three specialists did the roof in less than three days - and left the entire space spotless. One can see that they know what they are doing by simply comparing how they work to others in the neighbourhood. It rained in the evenings but they did the roof in stages. They can point out the mistakes that are made on everyone else's roof. Great job and looks terrific for a very reasonable price.

Did a fairly good job. Had leaaking in kitchen area and called for a serviceman to come and inspect. Were told it could be back of ice, but leak also occurred in summer months, so repairs were necessary. Recalled for leak issues and were fairly satisfied with response time. Finally repaired to our satisfaction. Would certainly recommend them for future work.
