I received my sofa delivery on January 9/2020. Delivery guys damaged my hardwood floor. When we asked them to be careful with the floor, they looked at each other and begin speaking in their own language. I was asked to send an email to Devon with pictures of the damages, they didn't even check the email, I had to call back again and then they said they will check. Then I received a call that they will not pay for the damages caused. I'm in the process of contacting Better Business Bureau & Global News Consumer SOS. I'll also contact other customers with similar experiences in order to take legal actions. I'm a mother of a small child & I do not have money to pay for your damages. Anyone else with similar situations from this business, please send me a private message for us to take action against their unethical business practices. As I'm reading on all reviews about their unethical business practices.
