We purchased a KP Building Products Patio Door and after it was installed, we noticed there was a defect in the door. We contacted KP Building and a Service Rep came out within a day or two. He ordered a new door and after a few weeks, it was installed. Abdool, the Service Rep was very helpful, courteous and efficient. We feel he is a great representative of this Company. The patio door looks great and we are glad to have used this Company.
