Centra Windows, Exteriors, Restorations

I wanted to replace our circa 1970 windows without causing damage to the stucco on the outside walls. Several companies said it was not possible to do this. Centra Windows inspector came and estimated for the replacement windows with vinyl low 'E' Argon Gas filled windows. Their crew came and covered the house floors with dust covers and took only 6 hours to do all the installation. No mess and we had no cleaning to do after they left. The working crew had a wonderful routine for each window's removal and preparation for the next step in the process. An excellent crew and the difference in how quiet and draught free our home is amazing. Our home has gone from an energy efficiency rating of 69 to 82! Not bad for a 70's home. We are delighted with the fact no damage was done to the stucco and no patching up at all. The inspector called after the installation before I paid to see we were absolutely satisfied. Two years later and we have a friend who was recommended to this company and he is equally satisfied with there work. I would definately recommend and use this company again.

Our first introduction to Centra Windows was with Raymond Charron, estimator and we were extremely impressed by his professionalism. He took the time to explain everything to us and had the answers to our questions. We then met Sean who came to measure up the windows and once again we were impressed by his professionalism. The main crew for the window installation was Randy Murphy as lead with Brandon and Damon assisting. Randy's group was great. They were courteous, respectful and hardworking.The work was performed in a very satisfactory manner and Randy checked in with us often to make sure that were satisfied. The pride of workmanship was evident from the installation, to the cleaning of the windows, etc. We thank all the people we met at Centra who made us feel at ease.

We have nothing to complain about this company. They were here at the time they stated they would. Kristian, Shane and Jake were easy to deal with and answered any questions we had.

They were very professional and courteous.

Centra installed a new front door for my house. It was a slightly more complex job due to the customer glass above the door, etc. They were very professional, easy to deal with, and provided a quality product Their follow up support was also very timely and well done (had them come out 1 additional time because the door needed adjusting). My one issue: they did a poor job on installing new molding around the inside of my door - its an older house so the walls are not completely square, but they made no effort to pay attention to detail, and they partially filled all nail holes with caulking (not wood filler). By the time I discovered it, it was tool late and it would have been a major mess trying to have them remove and reinstall the molding properly since the seams had been caulked etc. Doors installers they are; wood finishers they are not...for the premium price, I expected more in this regard.

What an amazing team and product! Windows look wonderful, and the installation team were so efficient,! Have already referred and will continue to recommend Centra Windows to friends and neighbours.

I absolutely love my new windows that were installed last week. From the first night I noticed how much warmer and quieter it is. I should have done this much sooner. Everyone I have met through the process has been great and made the whole experience less stressful than I thought it would be.

Kevin, Andrew and Kevin did a great job on the installation and clean up (I also noticed they kept the work site organized and safe).

Centra Windows gets top marks in my book. The product is so well designed for function and appearance, and the installers Jurgen and Kurtis (and Harry one day) can only be described as fantastic - a well-oiled machine; efficient, co-ordinatied, non intrusive, neat, helpful and FAST. It was a seamless operation! I also commend Gary Robson, the sales rep, for his professionalism. He is obviously proud of the product; he was friendly and patiently explained the process and answered my questions. I appreciated his suggestions and he was most kind and understanding when changes were made. A process I was dreading turned out to be a most pleasnt experience - and I love my new windows!!!!

I'm very happy with the high quality product that Centra supplies both in it's windows and doors and how attractive they look on my house. The installers were extremely profressional, courteous and knowledible and were always more than willing to answer any questions that I had. Shayne was very meticulous with the installation of the door while James and Chris knew exactly what they were doing with a great attention to detail. Whatever Centra are doing, don't stop because you're doing a fantastic job!

I had Centra windows come into our house and install our replacement vinyl windows. I had had about 6 or more people come to our house to give me an estimate on replacing the windows, but John.Larche was the most impressive. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. It is not always about the price but the installation process is important as well! I had estimates that were less but the quality of windows and the installation process left a lot to b desired! Centra Windows did a very professional job. The crew that came to do the installation, Kevin and Kevin and Greg, were very efficient and friendly. They always cleaned up before they left for the day and at the end of the job! Their work was very professional! My wife and I are very happy with the job that was done and we are already noticing a difference. There are no more cold drafts from the window and the furnace is running less also! We highly recommend Centra Windows They are employee owned and an A+++ Company. Give them a call!!

I am extremely happy with the windows that I bought from Centra windows.

The installers were fantastic. They were here first thing in the morning and all on my windows were done by the end of the day and everything was very clean when they left.
