Phantom Screens Of Southern Alberta

I am updating my mom's condo, called Phantom Screen to repair mesh on unit. Brett the service provider was so helpful and open to problem solving. Because my mom had hardwood floors put in after her phantom screen, the installers covered the base of the unit with a wood seam. With some discussion and creative problem solving together, we were able to leift the seam up and repair the screen. Thank Brett for your professionalism and kindness :)

While dealing with a window and door company they said they would remove and reinstall the phantom screen we had, WELL it did not fit and they could not do it, I called Phantom and they set up an appointment for Friday at noon , so pleasant and helpful over the phone, shortly after I received another call and they had an opening on Tuesday at noon which was much better as we needed the screen in this warm weather.
Technician arrived on time, very efficient, friendly, and even gave us some helpful hints on maintaining it. We are so very happy with this company and certainly recommend it to anyone that needs a screen.

I had been investigating screen doors vs Phantom Screens for some time, when I ran into a Phantom Screen Technician working in our complex. He had already installed several screens for my neighbors, so I went and got their feedback. All feedback was very good, so I committed to get both by front & rear doors done with Phantom Screens. Office staff & technician were very knowledgeable & helpful, which certainly helps the transaction process. Schedule & installation timing were "spot on" their promises.......I would recommend this company to anyone.

We had Phantom screens installed at our front, back and garage man door. Much better than having a screen door that you need to open and swing around. More room for air flow also. The installation was very professional and clean looking. Thank you for your awesome work and to the front line staff who were incredibly friendly.

Very pleased with reception. Installer arrived on time and was VERY efficient and speedy. We are pleased with screen, wasps not so pleased! Exepect to enjoy our this summer and many more. Have another Phantom screen that is at least 15 years old, still like new.

Newly installed retractable screen doors are awesome. Although it has only been 2 days the doors work great and look great. The installer was awesome and although we haven’t needed it if there warranty service is as awesome as the customer service has been, we will be in great hands.

Incredible to work with. In 2020 we had measurements taken to have Phantom Screens fitted for our oversized patio doors. We had to postpone the project temporarily due to financial setbacks. We reconnected in 2021 and the original estimate was honoured. The installer was amazing and completed the installation in less time than anticipated thanks to all of the measurements that had been previously taken. All around the team was professional, timely, courteous and capable. We will absolutely work with Suite Outdoors again and will recommend them to everyone!
