Magic Windows

I am so happy with my Magic windows - they have transformed my house. I replaced all of my traditional white double hung windows with beautiful black windows, where for each one I customized the design, opening direction and more. They suit my Victorian row house and have provided so much more light. Of course the retractable screens are the best invention and I'm glad I opted for the retractable blinds for the bedrooms. Even my husband is impressed how the windows have elevated the house and how much more functional they are. The compliments from friends and family are pouring in.

Window quality aside, the magic team is also great to work with. From sales to installation to service it's been a very positive experience. I was expecting a messy installation given the age of my house, but the team left the place spotless and I had to do barely any paint touch ups on the window trim. Great experience, great product. I can't wait for spring so I can let the breeze and sunshine in!

Solid product. Innovative design. Integration of blinds and screens makes seasonal changes effortless. Installation was quick and professional. As with any major installation, there were some adjustments and fixes needed. They were done quickly and without any fuss.

So I had all my windows and patio door replaced in my house about 4 years ago. Well the lock on the Patio door broke - these things happen I guess. Called up Magic windows, and with no questions had a guy there the very next day to update and replace the locking mechanism. Even better that the old one! Continued great service by the Magic Windows team - if your looking for new windows you won't be disappointed.

The crew had worked for Magic Window for 12 years and couldnt have said nicer things about the owner and the company. I really liked that.
The best thing happens all the time when we open the doors to the yard, close the built in shades or pull the screens to protect our home from flys and bugs.
Bottom line, totally worth the extra cost for a very unique and primo product

The screens come off the track and bunch up.
Magic fixed them a few years ago after initially denying that I had any Magic Windows and hanging up on me.

Originally, I was a little put off by the cost of magic windows. There are many other things I shouldve perhaps spent money on, but now that they are installed I feel that they are definitely worth every penny! The installation was efficient and convenient and the end product is rather impressive to operate. I thank Derek for showing me all the wonders of Magic Winows! I selected the wood grain finish as my house was built in 1875, and these windows complement my home.

These are beautiful windows - very well designed and functional. I chose Magic Windows in the first place because of the crank-less technology and the retractable screen. Those are indeed excellent features, and in addition the windows are elegant, and the trim colours are well matched to our surrounding trim inside and out. Service has been excellent throughout, from our sales rep Jennifer who went over options with us on site and helped us make the right selection, to the installers who were courteous and efficient. There was a slight problem with some silicon deposits on the glazing and a service team came immediately and rectified it completely. We have previously had other windows in our century home replaced and I wish that I had known about Magic Windows at that time - they are leagues ahead. There is a good corporate story of innovation and local manufacture as well. Congratulations and thanks to everyone at Magic Windows.

Kudos to Magic Windows. Our windows are beautiful, the warranty is top notch and the service on the rare occasion that you need it is exceptional. We purchased our windows in 2009. On January 18,2022 we called the service department at 9:30am to have a repair done on one of our retractable blinds, at 3:30 that same day the repair had been done by the most friendly, respectful, efficient service tech. Thank you Magic Windows for service above and beyond.
