We have had a dripping frost-proof faucet that had been poorly installed during a renovation/addition project several years earlier that needed replacing. We called with an emergency - septic not draining and backing up. Pieter was at our house in less than 30 minutes and attacked the problem professionally and with a great sense of humour!
