Abbott Roofing

After this weekend's wind storm, I had a row of shingles folded over near the peak of my roof. It had been almost 8 years since I had Abbott Roofing do my homes roof. I called Jason and he came out to look at the damage and had it fixed in 20 minutes. I paid with a handshake. I can't recommend Abbott Roofing enough.

About our original install: We got a very competitive price from Jason, but the quality of the installation was above and beyond my expectations. I have seen roofing companies in my neighborhood strip down a house and slap new ones back on by lunch. That is not the job I want done on my house. Jason and his crew spent a full day on my house, and a bit extra the next morning to finish the flashing. It was a top notch job, and I have one of the best looking roofs on my street to prove it.

Had a leaky roof destroying my drywall, and Jason & co. arrived the very next day to evaluate the situation. The roof was a wreck- a series of patch fixes when the roof needed replacing decades ago. They gave us a patch- for free- to hold off more trouble until they had room in their schedule to repair the problem, and because of the dire state of my roof came out as soon as they had a cancellation. Very professional, very accommodating, I would absolutely recommend Abbott to anyone.

Actually it's Abbot Roofing (only 1 t but others reviewers seemed to add an extra t). Anyway, dealing with Curtis from the outset was an excellent experience. I interviewed 5 companies in total and Abbott roofing totally blew away the competition. In reality there was no competition as I knew right away I would be signing a contract with Jason no matter the price. Jason showed up early and drove out of his way to meet with us. His truck was clean and so was he! The quote was printed, easy to understand and professionally presented. He spoke with authority and commitment. All our questions were answered and he expanded our knowledge and awareness. The onsite crew was timely, organized, and courteous. Abbott Roofing was the ONLY roofing company out of four that responded to my request for a roofing quote in a timely and friendly manner. The quote was easy to read, clear and contained all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Jason answered all of my questions and provided us with any further information required. During the work on-site, the workers arrived on time everyday and were extremely clean. A clean work site was very important to us as we have young children and dogs that play in the yard. At the end of each work day, the workers cleaned everything up and took their tools with them, as if they were never there. Jason also came by each day to inspect the work. I would not hesitate to use Abbott Roofing again or to recommend them to friends and family.
