An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I had my porch painted by someone who was not experienced and the paint bubbled up because it had been applied too thick and it was a complete mess. I called up Level One in somewhat of a panic and explained my situation.
The Project Manager, Hans, came out the very next morning and assessed the work that needed to be done. In a timely manner, he had his Professional Painters over, scraping off the existing paint, which was no easy task, and repainted my porch. They did a great job.
