Neptune offers an insurance plan whereby they come out to do a yearly maintenance check of the plumbing in the house, hotwater tank and furnace. They will remind you by calling to make an appointment. I had Logan here who did a thorough inspection , explained everything in detail, answered all my concerns politely, and did not rush the job. The office receptionists are very helpful too and even called him back at my request to give me advice about an appliance. Ive been with Neptune for many years and they do not disappoint.

I was informed I was going to need a was seal replaced on my toilet. I searched for some time to find a reasonable, reliable plumber to do this small job. A few of the places I called didn't seem like the job fit their criteria of a job worthy of their time. When I called Neptune they responded very quickly. Even though they were busy they were able to schedule an appointment for me. Logan was the professional who came. He was very good at doing what needed to be done. He even did a little extra to ensure I had no future problems. I would recommend this company for future work

Feel totally ripped off. For less than 2.5 hrs of work we paid $500. We supplied the parts. I didn't know plumbers earn near $250 per hr. Would not recommend. Way too expensive!!! Found them in the strathcona gazette.

Neptune Service employee is very knowledgeable in his field. Very neat, clean and tidy. Offered up some very good information and notified us of potential issues in the future as well as solutions if something does breakdown. Provided some estimates to help make an informed decision in the event of a breakdown.

We called Neptune for a hissing toilet. Derek came out again (we installed a new water heater a few months ago and he was great to deal with then as well). Such prompt friendly service is greatly appreciated!
