He explained what he was going to do and he gave me a reasonable quote before doing the work. Mike also left the house as clean as when he arrived. This is the third time I have used Mike at Smart Plumbing. He is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, efficient, prompt, polite, pleasant and respects the tenants' privacy. The banging noise from the pipes was so loud that tenants could not sleep. Following a thorough inspection of all the plumbing on the property, he quickly discovered the source of the problem and replaced one of the faucets in a bathroom. Mike was very professional, personable and informative and installed the laundry basin in a very timely mannor. He explained in detail the requirements and operation of the various components of the system and took the time to answer any questions I had.
