Baldwin squeezed us in to repair our furnace on the coldest day of the year. He assessed the problem and repaired it in a timely manner. While going through the possible issues he explained what he was looking for and went through all the different solutions to solve the issue. We really appreciate his expertise and thankful he repaired it or we would have been staying somewhere else until the furnace was fixed. We would definitely recommend Pacific Home Comfort to other!
