Baldwin was extremely knowledgeable and gave a well thought out plan to run gas line that was efficient. He also considered aesthetics and how the line would look on the side of our house and deck which I appreciated. Would highly recommend and use Pacific Home comfort for any future needs.

No cold air from AC. Called for an estimate and I got a prompt service. Serviceman tested the AC and confirmed that the old one was not in good condition and already outdated. New AC was ordered and the next day it was installed professionally and fast. Would recommend, great service and trustworthy staff.

The team came on time, kept disruption and noise to a minimum and updated a few small elements not part of original scope of job at no additional cost. Our 16 year old furnace finally kicked the bucket.
