Today we had our furnace replaced and what an experience. Incredible service from the get-go. They were punctual, they were professional, they explained everything and kept it clean. In fact, our basement was cleaner when they left. They installed the new furnace, replaced some stuff that we had misplaced from the previous furnace and everything works great. What an amazing job! I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and have recommended them to my friends.

Baldwin and team arrived on time and did a great job. They were done in about 3 hours and explained to exactly what they were doing and why.

Pacific Home Comfort installed a new tankless combination boiler that supplied existing hot water radiators, a new air handler, and our domestic hot water fixtures. They were professional, perfectionists, clean, and on time. I would use them again any time.

The team at Pacific Home Comfort installed a natural gas heater in my garage, and connections for my dryer and bbq. I was very impressed with their pride in workmanship, honesty and professionalism.

Baldwin came to diagnose/fix and I was impressed at how professional he was - he even took off his work boots prior to entering the house so he wouldn't dirty the floors!
He explained exactly what the issue was and how he was fixing it and also offered tips on how to troubleshoot the issue in the future.
He was extremely knowledgeable and did not try to "upsell" any services (which we all know sometimes happens). Would definitely recommend!

Baldwin and his team are professional, technically solid and treat your home as they would theirs by maintaining a clean job site. I have relied on their services for over a decade and will continue to do so in the future. I highly endorse them!

Good experience. Installation team very helpful and accommodating. Not All were wearing masks all the time or when indoors during pandemic — but did if asked.
