We live in an older condo and it has no duct work. We asked four AC companies to come and give us quotes and discuss installation options. The installation was difficult and we had an amazing team of Michael and Mason who did a wonderful job on the installation. They were careful, and considerate of our home under difficult circumstances. When we needed some minor repairs to please our condo Board, Derrick came back three times, each time with a smile and a solution. The office staff was equally wonderful, taking our calls, responding to our concerns around what the condo Board required; always in a professional and courteous manner.
