This was my first time working with the Home Improvement People. What an amazing team. Elia provided the initial quote and statement of work. Every detail was written in the contract so that there would be no surprises. After signing the contract, I realized there was one item missing which was verbally discussed, but not written down. Elia took full responsibility and made it right.
And then there were the actual workers. I can’t say enough about Kris and his team. The workmanship and professionalism of these men were outstanding. I look forward to working with them on our next projects.
To be sure, the Home Improvement People are not the cheapest contractors out there. But if you want the piece of mind that the job will be done right, then they are well worth it.
A piece of advice for anyone who wants so use their services: know exactly what you want before contacting them. If you need help with design, then hire an interior designer. Be sure to buy all your furniture and accessories beforehand (e.g. vanities, faucets, paints, etc.). You should have all your colour schemes decided beforehand. They provide the builder’s necessities like drywall, primer, floorboards, etc. Once you have a vision of what you want, they will make it happen.
