The job was done at a good pace, very professional, courteous to the neighbors, and always had a clean job site for when we got home from work. From start to finish everything was up front with no surprises and now we have a spectacular basement and bathroom. All the good things I have heard about The Home Improvement People are indeed true.

We have been waiting for years to renovate our basement but had always been apprehensive about hiring the right company. When we heard the ad from the Home Improvement People on News talk 1010 we thought we’d give them a try. From the moment we met Ben we just felt his company is the type of company we had been waiting for.

Our basement is now complete and our entire experience has exceeded our expectations. Our basement was complete on schedule; Elia was not only an efficient project manager but someone who was always pleasant to talk to. I bought a service from this company to help my friend with her carpet removal in her apartment. They were very good and the man helped her for longer then was paid for. I would buy their service from them again.

I wanted Ben to know how pleased I was with my new kitchen. Frank Pinto and his crew are the tops. Courteous, on time, and efficient. Frank's cabinetry is far superior to anything I could have imagined and was impressed by his attention to customer satisfaction. Unusual these days.

It was on 96.3, a favourite radio station, where we first heard about “The Home Improvement People.”

We had been talking about renovating the ensuite off the master bedroom for a while, but didn’t know how to get started.

After contacting The Home Improvement People it was all easy.
