W E Young Renovations

I contacted W.E. Young Renovations early last year to provide us with some advice on repairing a leak we thought was coming from the roof, it turned out to be water coming in though a crack in the foundation. We have been dealing with this problem for several years. Several other companies had come out and looked, our decision to have Young’s do the job was based on their ability to give a definitive answer to questions and provided us with some options.
Their knowledge and qualifications did impress us as did their rating with the BBB.
During the repair work, we decided to have some other renovation done including repairs to the basement walls and all the trim work in the basement was updated. A new electrical service was run to the garage.
I would highly recommend them and will have them back to update our kitchen possibly next year.

We found young renovations professional and we feel our project was very well completed to a very high standard. Our only issue was the delay in starting our project by about two months, but they more than made up for that in addressing all our issues when they were here. We were happy with this company.

I concurr with the early post saying the project was completed however not without ALOT of undue stress.
Issues with this contractor on our job were product installation issues, project delays and difficulties dealing with the management owners.
In the end the job was complete but I cannot say with all the stress that it was a sucess.

The owner was very professional and helpful during this project. Unfortuntately the project too longer than expected due to a shortage on skilled labour. I must compliment the owner as he ensured high quality in the work performed.

When we finally desided to develop our basement we called a bunch of local companies to come out and provide us with a quote. after reviewing the quotes and the portfolios of previous work. Not to mention the professionalism provided by the owner operators of WE Young, we decided to choose them for our basement renovation. The also have a rock solid reputation in the edmonton area with over 30 years experience in the Edmonton area. After seeing the finished product we know we made the right choice.

We were happy with the project until an issue arose and then the problems started. In the end, it was resolved, but not before a lot of undue stress was inflicted on us. Also, once the end was near, the speed of the project slowed considerably so it took forever for the little finishing items to get done.
