I am extremely satisfied with the complete package from the time I had discussion with James to the order and installation.

I changed all the windows, front door, Bay window, and the Garden door.

Everybody in my family is happy and the installer were very friendly and did amazing job of installing and cleanup.

I would recommend to my family and friends.

Also to mention the pricing was very competitive, and James is always available on phone.

The end product is beautiful! Serge, our installer, provided some of the best customer service I have had in years. He recommended what color caulking will be the best on the windows, and he did take care of the alarm system wiring. Tidy and careful work. Glad that we found Windows Choice, so we can be relieved that in the future we do not have to look for another company for the other windows/doors in the house. I would definitely recommend them to others.

It has been 6 years since I've had the patio door installed, and it's still holding well, no problems at all. From sale to installation, everything ran smooth. Highly recommended.

My 20 year old townhouse had wooden window frames that was unfortunately destroyed by a squirrel (it left peanuts behind). As a first time homeowner, I was completely overwhelmed but James took the time to explain all of the options and provided his recommendation. Justin came to double check estimate measurements (measure twice cut once) and installed a few weeks later. Despite the horrible Toronto humidity levels, Justin and crew worked non-stop in the heat and did a fabulous job. I not only love looking outside my new windows, I love looking at them.

The salesperson was nice and informative. The installers were fairly quick, but my complaint is that they left a mess behind - both in the house and outside the window on the lawn. Fibreglass, bits of the window and debris. I emailed to tell the salesperson of my experience and never heard anything back. The window looks good, but the customer service was okay but not great. I probably wouldn't use this company again.

Window Choice is terrific to deal with. No pressure sales and a perfect installation. We had a new window installed in a room that did not have one. Installation was quick and not a mark on the wall! The window looks great and we are all very happy with it. Could not have been installed any better. Installers were pleasant and professional. No mess to clean up. I plan on getting a new front door from Window Choice as well. Highly recommended.

I had 6 windows replaced and am very happy with the end result. The sales man and installers were both very professional and did a great job and were able to accomadate a very tight deadline. The windows are a great product and I would definatly use this company again

We used window choice to replace our windows in our previous home, so we knew when we wanted to change our patio door in our new home, we would call Window Choice. James is super nice and professional as is his colleague. The patio door was installed very quickly with no issues. The installers were courteous, quick and left the area spotless. Highly recommend.

We called Window Choice based on the recommendation of a neighbour who was very happy with this company, and we are certainly glad we did. We needed a door, and James took a great deal of time going over all the options, and the pricing was fair. We have a hundred year old house and we wanted to keep the original interior trim around the door. The installer Serge did a fantastic job. He installed the door without having to remove the trim at all, and the new door looks just great. It was all done in a tidy and timely manner. We’ve had many compliments on the quality of the work. I had a whole bunch of quotes for this one, weighed all of them, quality vs. warranty. Look-wise, they were all pretty much the same, give or take. Timeline-wise, all said 6-8 weeks. Window Choice had it installed quicker, I would say 5-6 weeks time frame. The salesperson was real nice, we had a conversation about the house, how they provide a couple of locks free of charge because of kids, since he saw I have one. The other companies charged for those locks. No biggie as I wouldn't have opted for them, but it's a "nice to have". Explained everything to me. I decided to go with them because the warranty will probably go beyond my stay in this house and for the price, it couldn't be beat. We just recently moved into the house, the patio door locked on move-in date, but because it was noisy and heavy moving on the tracks, I decided to lube it and such. Afterward it wouldn't lock. That was the reason for the replacement. Happy overall. I might go with them for a couple of windows I'd like replaced, but I'm still deciding on that project if at all. The install went quick and smooth. Even though it happened to be a cold(er) day, there was no door on the house for probably a few minutes, so even though we had a baby, there wasn't any noticeable loss of heat (we even turned the heat up and the fireplace on) while they worked on it. The installers were real nice, quick and cleaned after themselves. Again, I would really recommend this company. Oh, I got their name from a mailbox flyer, and we know that most of those companies aren't even on Homestars. I was surprised to find them here and with a good rating.
