This company came to us recommended by our friend. Our AC broke down and the current company gave us the run around. So we called Infinity and spoke with Farhad who made a personal appointment. We were given few options based on the need of our home and budget. Farhad was very knowledgeable and professional. We were given a great price and suggestions regarding an update of our thermostat. There was never any pressure at any time. Based on bad experience with previous company we decided to go with Infinity and Farhad booked AC instalment the next day. Hessam and his coworker were right on time and do a great job explaining what needs to be done. They kept outside and inside clean and replaced items once done. Farhad even delivered a new thermostat since the one we bought wasn’t the best choice for our household and Hessam installed it and helped me set up app on my phone. He was very patient explaining me the system.
We are just grateful that our AC is fixed, only took 4 hours. Our neighbour was so impressed he booked Infinity to replace his AC this weekend. We have already spoken to Farhad about some options regarding our furnace in case it brakes down.
