Ozone Duct Cleaning

We are new homeowners and new to Ozone Duct Cleaning. We were very pleased to have cleaned the ducts when we did (we could hear the debris being sucked up)! Todd is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented in his work and careful around the home. He was patient and full of helpful, expert advice for our furnace and the other appliances we decided to clean as well (dryer vent, HVAC humidifier, bathroom vent).

It all took around 3.5 hours. Todd advised us ahead of time that the process would be loud. We were thankful for the heads up. The process is quite loud (not so bad inside) but just so you know, it's pretty loud outside. We were able to pick a time that was least disruptive for our work from home situation. Todd also offered to assist us if we had any maintenance questions down the road. We are glad we found Ozone Duct Cleaning and look forward to using Todd's services in the future.

My husband and I bought a new home in East York, that had probably never had duct cleaning. We booked Ozone duct cleaning for the day after move-in, and Todd did an absolute amazing job cleaning the ducts, sanitizing and making our space feel closer to our own home. Todd was a little late but good about notifying me why/when he would arrive. Previous job took longer then expected. He arrived masked/gloved which I truly appreciated. Todd requested I show him all the heat vents/cold air return. He asked his questions/answered mine clearly, then was hard at work for the next 4 hours cleaning the duct work. Have had other duct cleaners to my home and Todd showed me all the stuff they had missed which I found totally disgusting. Cleaned up the areas that he worked in completely and even offered to move anything back if I needed his help. He treated my home with total respect. Very professional and gives great customer service. Excellent people skills which are hard to find these days. I would highly recommend Todd and his company if you want your duct work cleaned properly the first time. I will have him back in a heart beat. Thanks for your help Todd.

Ozone is the ultimate professional businessman. He did what he said he would do& took the time to explain why it should be done. He was clean & neat as well as being on schedule. He kept us advised if he was going to be late. He quickly responded to requests afterwards & even came back late in the evening to rectify a problem ; he did not ignore us as many would have after finishing the job. I first called Todd from Ozone Duct Cleaning to come in when I moved into my house. When I turned on my air conditioning there was a terrible smell and I would get an intense headache. After he came in and cleaned the ducts, the smell was gone, I no longer got headaches and was able to use my air conditioning. I found Todd to be very respectful, knowledgeable and thorough in his work. I appreciate how he treats my house as if it were his own and how he goes over and beyond the scope of his duties (e.g., he informed me that one of my heating grates was rusting). It’s nice when you find someone who takes pride in their work, will take the time to do the job right and creates a very positive customer experience.

It’s frightening what builds up in the duct works and the sediment that blows from fans that operate in the house from bathrooms, ovens, microwaves, and clothes dryers.

Todd is fantastic. Very professional and you wouldn't even know he was in our home. We did a walk through of our home, he spotted things even I didn't realize were there and he took great care of everything.
