Basement leak through front window well. After conducting much research on our issue and vetting various companies, I decided to contact Aquaguard to obtain an estimate. Luc returned my call right away and came out promptly to view the issue. He inspected both inside and outside of our home, made smart suggestions and provided a very reasonable quote. Luc took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all my questions and advised to call if I decided to hire him. I am so glad I did. He and his assistant were always on time, courteous and such hard workers. They were clean, placing a tarp down for all four window wells. I am extremely happy with the end result and wish all contractors were this great. Thank you for restoring my faith that there are people who care about their work quality and ethic.

Severe basement perimeter linkage of high ground water due to little ground frost required immediate attention. AquaGuard's web site is extremely well-written and informative. Attention to professional detail such as insurance and WSIB participation was assuring. Representative scheduled site inspection within a day of contact, providing analysis and options. An interior perimeter system with sump pump was clearly the preferred approach. The company was able to schedule an early start, and completed the work as estimated within four days. The results and work practices were of a very high standard, and I am entirely satisfied with the solution. Basement is now dry! Thanks for preserving the panelling for later re-use.

Requested 3 quotes online and Luc was the first one to call me the next day. I am still waiting on the others. Mike came in and did the job. He was pleasant, professional and patient with my questions. Warranty for 25 years and here's hoping they are still around IF there are any issues. I am hoping there will be no issues.

We had water continuously seeping up from our floor into our carpet and along our baseboards to the point mold was growing on the baseboards. After another company informed us (within 5 minutes), without even bending down to touch anything, the cause was a crack in our foundation, and repairs would cost over $9000, we called Aquaguard. Water was leaking in from a crack in our foundation. I did research online as to what had to be done. Crack injection was the correct way to fix the problem. My basement started taking in water at a rapid pace. I called 4 foundation contractors in a panic on a Sunday. One said they could come in 4 to 10 days and a premium cost.
However Luc was at my house the next day fitting me in as soon as he could. His cost was fair and was very pleasant/ professional.

I had had many waterproofing companies come to my house and they all said there must be a crack in the foundation and would need to dig up the driveway. Luc Gerber is the only one who discovered it was a crack in my water drain pipe and suggested I call a plumber and he was correct

Luc was the only one to get out a flash light, take a good look around, ask us detailed questions about what happened. He even walked away from a contract the first visit because he wanted us to do tests to make sure water proofing was the best solution for us.
