Our refrigerator had 2 problems with it.
1) The door wasn't closing properly
2) The water dispenser was leaking
I called this company because their magnet was on the side of the fridge (apparently the previous owners of the house had used them)
The repair guy Simon showed up and spent about 3 minutes looking at the fridge. He said that it would cost $1,020 to fix the fridge ($570 for the door and $450 for a water solenoid) and that I should just buy a new fridge. He collected the fee for his service call and left.
Afterwards I called another company that was recommended by a friend. They had the parts in stock and had a free technician. He came over and fixed both problems and the total bill including parts and labour was $175.
From reading the other reviews on this site I get the impression that Simon doesn't actually like to fix things. He just shows up, gives some crazy cost to fix the problem, collects his service call fee, and leaves suggesting you buy a new appliance.
Needless to say the magnet just went in the garbage and I will never call these guys again.
