Landecks Landscaping

We contacted several landscape companies, including Landecks Landscaping Inc., for our pool project. From our very first meeting with Darren, we were extremely impressed. He said he would be at our house at 5 p.m. and he showed up at 5 p.m. right on the dot. We felt very comfortable with Darren right from the start and we decided to book with Landecks immediately.

We knew going into this project that we were starting at the busiest time of the year so when Darren said he would “fit us in” we wanted to believe him (but feared that once we booked, we would be waiting for weeks for him to start). He kept his word and he arrived at our house as soon as the pool walls were installed. His punctuality and timing throughout the project truly impressed us.

I am in the customer service industry, and my Husband is an Engineer, so Darren and his team had their work cut out for them. A beautifully landscaped yard within budget was our top priority. I also pay attention to the customer service aspect of the job, including punctuality, friendly competent staff, attention to detail, and clean up at the end of the day. My Husband on the other hand is more focused on the measurements (accuracy of the grade, levelling and making sure everything lined up perfectly.

We can honestly say that Darren and his crew had the patience, knowledge and the skill to not only meet, but to exceed our expectations. Landecks went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with every aspect of our landscape plan, from start to finish. The end project was fantastic and Darren stayed within budget.

Thank you Darren and team for a job extremely well done. We wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend Landecks to anyone and we will be sure to use them again for any future Landscape work.

We cannot thank Landeck Landscaping enough. They were so professional, quick with quotes, any questions we had and made us feel like our job was their #1 priority. They worked efficient, quick and cleaned any mess that was made. They were meticulous in their work and each employee was friendly and went out of their way to talk to my husband, my self and my kids. Many of my neighbors commented how amazing they worked. We can't thank you enough for our new beautiful backyard!!!!

This is our second project with Landecks, again Darren and his crew worked cohesively through all the preparation( we had a lot of concrete to remove) to the final placing of the last stone. We are extremely happy with how our front pathway and driveway look.
We liked the fact that Darren was open to changing the original plan on start day making the sitting area wider.
We would recommend Landecks Landscaping, we already have after our first project 5 years ago, we also would not consider using any other company but Landecks for any future projects.

Designed and renovated our backyard to incorporate a pool (installed by others) retaining wall with waterfall. Fireplace and open cabana house. Multiple level patios with interlock paver stones and stone stairs. Planted large trees and landscape lighting. Completed on time and on budget.

We have dealt with numerous landscape companies over the years and Landecks definitely comes out on top. Darren and his crew were professional, courteous and very skilled. From the first visit to our home to provide an estimate Darren was professional and did not hesitate to make recommendations. Darren and his wonderful crew built our retaining wall, they were hardworking and efficient. Project completed in a day and a half and they cleaned up afterward. Will use again next year and would recommend to anyone needing a landscaper!

Darren has done two projects for us – a backyard landscaping, and the front walkway to our house. He listened to our ideas, came up with some great ideas of his own, and talked us through the plan. In both cases, he was flexible, and managed to get everything done on time and at a reasonable price. The walkway project was started just before the winter, and despite a tight deadline, he and his crew managed to finish the job in time. He’s professional and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

We hired Landecks to complete the hardscaping around our pool (interlocking & coping, tree removal, armour stone stairs). We were beyond impressed with their professionalism, work ethic and above all, attention to detail. At our initial consultation, Darren listened to our ideas, helped us to problem solve a few areas and respected our budget. When the project began, we learned that this standard of excellence extended to every member of his crew. Everyone was polite and respectful of our young children, cleaned the site at the end of every day and transformed our backyard on a budget that Darren clearly laid out ahead of time. He worked seemlessly with other contractors involved in the project to make sure that timelines were met. It was a true pleasure to work with Landecks and we are certain to work with them again in the future.

We had used Darren once before in a previous location and did not hesitate to contact him for this large project. We reclaimed a large property full of rhizomes and old bushes, and created an oasis of walkways, gardens and different patios. It is truly wonderful, his staff are exceptional and we have recommended Landecks Landscaping several times over the years . Work was completed timely, on budget and efficiently with full clean up at the end of every day and any post project follow up items were quickly addressed. We would use Darren and his team again with out hesitation.

Landecks performed a job for me in coordination with my pool installation back in 2008. They're work involved large armour stone, planting of trees & cedars as well as inter-lock stone. This company was fantastic to deal with and the owner (Darren) was very professional. He kept me well advised of the project and provided me documentation for the cost of the job prior to it's commencement. Not only was their work impeccable but his crew were friendly and hard working. Darren made me feel confident that the inter-lock stone would remain secure and not heave or shift. To date my backyard looks amazing with my pool. The cedars, trees, and sod have flourished. I would recommend this company to anyone. Nowadays in the era of large companies, it's so refreshing to deal with someone like Darren (the owner) who takes time to regularly keep his customers up to date on their job status etc. I still receive compliments today regarding Landecks' work.
