West York was the company we chose after thorough research and comparison of 5 different paving companies in Toronto.
We had the distinct pleasures of dealing with both Remo Sottile for the contract and Frank for the paving work. We had shoulder courses done prior to the paving and Remo's recommended design was far superior to what I initially suggested. Excavation work, shoulder courses with pavers, and the paving was fast and superbly done. The cleanup on our property and the street was excellent. Everyone that came to the house was friendly, courteous, and professional.

This is a big SHOUT OUT to Joe Barone and York West Paving for their AWESOME service! Previously we had used York West to pave our parents driveway in South Etobicoke. That was a number of years ago and they did a great job. Recently our elderly mother noticed a crack that had formed at the top of the driveway (it elevates from the street, arching as it levels out at house level.

I am in Western Canada, but sent an email to York West asking if someone could stop by and provide me an estimate so we could get this repair completed. I received a very prompt response (on a Sunday), from Joe Barone. He let me know that he would be by the following Saturday. I let my mother know and we waited to hear from Mr. Barone.

This past weekend (July 1st), some grandchildren visited our mom, and someone noticed the crack had been repaired. There was no bill in the mailbox, and no one had come to the door.

I sent Joe an email and told him it appeared he had been by but that we needed a bill for the work. Joe got back and let me know it was taken care of at his end and nothing was owed. THIS WAS SUPER CUSTOMER!!

We had been previous customers of York West but it was extremely kind on a holiday no less, that Joe Barone took the time to help fix our mother's driveway, at his time and expense.

Joe and the team arrived in time. They did what they said they would do. They cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant throughout the job. Previously, our parents used this company to do their driveway. A friend did a large driveway for a four plex apartment in Forest Hill, Toronto. Both have been very pleased with the work, as are we.

We had our driveway repaved at the end of last summer, plus the removal of a very thick concrete walkway and a long concrete driveway curb. Joe came out to see the job and provide a quote. Joe is a wonderful professional to deal with. He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. He also went above and beyond to make sure it would be easy for us to complete the landscaping portion before they would pave the new driveway. Joe made a detailed sketch of the job on the contract so that the excavation crew knew exactly what to do. The excavation crew were amazing and followed Joe's diagram to complete the removals exactly as detailed. Joe promised that they would call a week in advance to schedule a paving date. True to his word we got the call and we asked if we could push out the paving date due to delays with our landscape project. West York was very accommodating and pushed the date out for us. Joe arrived first on paving day and made sure the area was ready. The paving crew arrived shortly after and went straight to work. It was easy to tell that they are a very experienced hard working crew that knew exactly what they were doing. The end result was a beautifully paved driveway. Joe even stayed behind afterwards to give me some tips on how to properly take care of the new driveway. We were completely satisfied with Joe and the West York team! We highly recommend West York!

We had our driveway redone this summer by West York Paving and we're completely satisfied with the job completed. I was very impressed with their professionalism from Joe in sales to the crew that completed the final product. Now I know why I see their nice clean red/yellow trucks in our neighbourhood every summer. Would highly recommend using this company.

I reached out to Joe in spring 2016 and within an hour, he returned my call and came to see our driveway the next day. He was very professional, knowledgeable and provided us with a good quote to do the job. When it came to the job itself, his team were on time and they did an excellent job. Our driveway and the paved walkway look amazing along with the small brick wall they built for our side garden. Two of our neighbours also used West York Paving and they were also pleased.
