The Three Little Pigs Masonry
did a wonderful job on changing the complete face of our front entrance and parging around the house
as well as our flagstone landing.
Although it was done in the winter months, with their tarps and heaters. they finished the job right on schedule.

My husband & I are extremely happy with the quality of work done on the parging of our home. We would like to commend the gentleman, who did the parging for TLP. This contractor is a seasoned expert in parging and it shows in his quality of work. We are so happy with the work, we would like Mr. Fritz to come back & give us a second quote for some masonry work to our home.

Our old weathered looking 60 year-old concrete porch and steps were in need of work. We didn’t know if a repair or replacement was in order. We called Dave and he quickly responded. Dave walked me around the porch and pointed out the issues (over use of salt that pitted the concrete, missing drip edge that placed water stress on the bricks below, bricks that needed to be repaired and the lack of a slope on the top of the porch, etc, etc). Dave recommended a grind and parge plus the other suggested repairs. The support team led by Barb along with my-Quan booked the appointment as requested and answered all my questions. Jessie did a fantastic job on the concrete and repaired the porch and steps to a condition better than their original state. We were really pleased with Three Little Pigs and would not hesitate to recommend or use their services in the future.

Our home was built in Bayview Hill approximately 25 years ago. The chimney has three flues and over time portions of the flues broke away, we also noticed that some of the bricks were cracked several courses below the top of the chimney.
We noted that a few years previous, Three Little Pigs Masonry repaired our neighbour’s chimney and they were very pleased. We also checked ratings and reviews on the internet which indicated an A+ rating.
Within a short time of our call, David (from Three Little Pigs Masonry) was able to provide a realistic and competitive estimate. They were able to setup scaffolding the day of the estimate and start work the next day. Within two days approximately 19 courses of brick and the liners were removed, new brick and liners put in place, a sandstone cap and an additional masonry cap were installed with fireproof caulking around each flue.
The work was completed by a Father (formerly a stone cutter in Greece), and Son (a very well qualified brick layer) team. The work was done with respect to the neighbour’s property, professional workmanship, and thorough cleanup after the job was complete. We highly recommended this company and team.

Many of our neighbours had used TLP, so we gave them a call when we noticed our chimney needed work. David came to my home, listened to my concerns, made a recommendation and provided a prompt quote. His team showed up when promised and began work. They were very efficient and finished the chimney demolition and rebuild (from the roofline) within two days. They matched the new brick with existing perfectly. Cleanup was very neat. Overall we are very satisfied with the completed job.

As first time home owners we needed help finding a reliable contract. Based on homestars review for TLP they were one of the companies we contacted to come out and take look at our Chimney. Not only did they give us the best price, but also the quickest time line to have the project done. Once the crew arrived they were fast, efficient and did an immaculate job! We were very satisfied with our experience with Three Little Pigs. Dave arrived as scheduled for the initial estimate and had the quote to us within one day. The workers were on time, polite and kept the worksite clean. They were able to work within our schedule as we had other contractors scheduled, including an un-expected repair to a retaining wall. The work quality was excellent. The lintle raising and wall repair required some bricks to be removed and replaced, the mortar match was excellent.

We were very pleased with the quality and work ethic of the masons who worked on our home. They gave us a detailed outline of the work to be done, with a 10 year warranty. They used a grinding process that other masons did not mention in their estimates, taking away the old material, not just patching over it. They focused on restoring the foundation to its proper condition, not just patching it up, so the problems will not reoccur. The repairs, parging, coating process and materials were high quality and the result was an incredible improvement to our home. The workmanship was excellent and they were not satisfied with the work until we were. They were accessible throughout the process and made sure that we inspected the restoration and were happy with the results. We would use them again for future projects. Three Little Pigs Masonry is an honest and reliable company. We hired them to cut, grind ,chip and parge the complete foundation of our home, including the front landing and tread and riser. They did a great job removing and re-laying the limestone sill of our front bay window. They tuckpointed all obvious and defective mortar joints above our garage doors and repaired and parged our back concrete threshold by embedding a rebar for support. After one summer the back concrete threshold started to crack. After a phone call to let them know, the company sent someone to repair it the same week and also helped me out by securing a loose front walkway step. I would definitely recommend Three Little Pigs Masonry and use them in my new house.
