Can't say enough good things about Giulio. I initially reached out to him after seeing some of his reviews on this website. We needed to replace all the ceramic tile in our kitchen as some of them had cracked (whoever had the house before us did a terrible job fixing up their kitchen).
Initially Giulio gave me a great quote after sending him some pictures. I asked him if he could actually come and take a look himself before confirming anything and he was super receptive and came the next day. Stuck to the same quote he gave me before (incredibly reasonable) and could start work two weeks later.
He did the whole job in 2.5 days. Along the way he was friendly, professional, did an amazing job with the actual work, and cleaned up the kitchen perfectly when he was done. Our floor looks amazing, and can't say enough good things about the service we got. He was also able to get us a discount on tiles from Olympia Tile, and had great ideas for the colour of the tiles and grouting.
Definitely recommend Giulio. He's professional, knows what he's doing, and we may use him again for our bathroom reno too!
