I called Vaillancourt Plumbing after reading other reviews on Homestars and upon doing so I was greeted by Paty who is truly dedicated to customer service. Wonderfully polite and courteous. I explained the issues I had with a leaky drain pipe and she accommodated my schedule which was a very specific date and time. Will most definitely call them again when I need a plumbing service.
