King York Paving

Had my driveway done almost 3y ago along with few neighbours on the same street and after last winter got a big crack (whole) on one side of my driveway. The person who sold me a job mentioned many times that the driveway will last min. 5 years, but if I would ever have a problem before 5 years, King York will make sure it will be corrected, there's nothing like having happy customers and referrals. Well since beginning of April 2010 called King York many times: talked to Angelo few times and there's nothing he can do. Left messages for the boss, Ray, but he didn't even bother to call me back - waited for some kind of solution. I am an easy going person, but not to even return the call from the owner that's pretty low. DON'T USE KING YORK. If you'll have a problem it will not be fixed, it seems they're only after quantity not quality.

It was a last minute job for them and was completed on a Saturday. The asphalt was not packed good enough and was very uneven. After waiting over a week to park on the driveway, still wasn't hard enough

king york provides the worst service imaginable we needed our driveway to be totally redone we had king york do the work they did not come through with quality our driveway is laid incorrectly after staying off the driveway as told too for two weeks our car sank into the asphalt leaving tire tracks the asphalt is also not smooth like other driveways it is patchy and uneven the paving job of my driveway is horrible I tried calling them hundreds of times to correct the problems and they never got back to me they are absolutely the worse thieves ever shame on me for paying them before the job was completed correctly I will never recommend them to my friends and neighbors and will make sure any people who may need their services know of their poor workmanship and customer service.?

Drive way was completed May 31 2008. In March the drive way started to get cracks and a whole started in the middle. Advise company on April 6 2009, via call/email. One reply back stating they would fix it. Now it is July and no one has contacted me or investigated the issue. Guarantee on paper states for 1 year regarding workman ship. After a number of call/emails even call the warranty department I was advise to wait for a call. It never happen...now the year is up? One last attempt on July 6, 2009 to the company. Someone is coming....I'll have to wait & see or take legal action. Please be aware of King York
