Amazing service! I’m always wary of carpet cleaning services, they almost always give you one price on the phone (or some special they are offering), only to end up charging you double by the time they are done. So it was with trepidation that I searched and obtained quotes from various services who served the Burlington area.

Olin’s price came in about average over the phone. What I liked about him was the fact that he listened to me, asked questions to understand exactly what I wanted and gave me a fair quote. He arrived on the appointed day exactly when he said he would. The results were amazing. The carpet had not been professionally cleaned in over 10 years and had endured smoking, a cat and black “track marks” left from years of feet shuffling. The Real Estate Agent was recommending that we replace the carpet!

Olin removed all of the stains and left the carpet looking new and the house smelling wonderful. There was even an area in the office where a plastic mat had sat since the home was built. You could easily identify the margins of the matt as the carpet underneath was almost white compared to the rest of the carpet. No longer, you can no longer tell a mat was there!

Best of all, Olin did not attempt to up-charge us on anything. We did pay extra as my Wife decided to do the stairs leading to the basement which was not in the quote. He only charged us an $40 for the extra work.

I would use Olin again without question and would recommend him enthusiastically to anyone needing carpet cleaning!
