Prestige Duct Cleaning

Dane &Josh arrived on time with friendly smiles. They took the time to explain how the process works and during the cleaning showed before and after photos of my clean ducts. They worked efficiently and were finished in a couple of hours. It was our first time using this company and will absolutely be using them again. Highly recommend.

EXCELLENT SERVICE from start to finish. Dane and Joshua arrived promptly and were very professional and courteous. They outlined the service I wanted and provided very useful recommendations. The before and after pictures were amazing. I had wanted to have the ducts cleaned for awhile and so very glad I called Prestige. All steps of process from start to end was absolutely smooth. I requested a quote online and Stephanie replied promptly with the approximate price with very minute details of all the services that can be availed. She even provided options for which days and times for the service. It was followed by a follow up to check if i had more questions. The appointment was booked to suit my time which was the very next day and early morning at 8. The technicians Dylan and Rizaldo showed up exactly on time honestly explained the services without pushing anything that was not needed. The number of vents were less as compared to original quote so Dylan corrected that information as well. They provided recommendations on what services are necessary specially because i have 2 very young children at home. Once i showed them where the vents, furnace and dryer were, they needed absolutely no additional assistance and went about doing the work in a very professional manner. They ensured all necessary protection was applied to the flooring and their footwear so as leave the place exactly as it was. The work was completed in exactly the time outlined. Really happy with the work and will definitely use them again with their 2 year price freeze option. They are really great.

The 2 technicians were friendly and very knowledgeable. They completed their task promptly, thoroughly and were very respectful while in our home. They recommended some additional options, we decided to add on the dryer and disinfectant but declined a couple other add-ons. There wasn't any push to upsell, when advised we weren't interested it was met just met with a friendly smile. I would highly recommend Prestige!

Very professional and mindful of surroundings within new renovations. Pictures were taken of ducts to show us the amount of dirt/dust and no pressure was made to do suggested additional services.
