We had seen the work that Winside had done in our neighbourhood so in December, when we decided to renovate, we called Winside. Kevin set up our appointment very quickly and with his expertise and helpful recommendations we made our selections. The work was completed in a timely manner and the quality of the product as well as the workmanship of his team are first class. Kevin and his team of George, Lee, Joseph and Eric were a pleasure to work with. After having been through prior frustrating renovation projects, it was wonderful to have this team of professionals transform our house without any issues. Kevin and his team delivered on all promises and recommendations in a timely manner. Talk about amazing customer service. I called Winside based on a flyer that I received and found Kevin to be very friendly and courteous. He came on time and found out what we were thinking of doing. He gave us many options for the replacement windows along with sliding doors and a new front door. We had some thoughts as to what we wanted and Kevin gave us his input and some suggestions. What I can say is we went with Kevin's ideas and have been 100% thrilled with our windows that look like picture windows (put aren't). The bevelled glass within the sliding doors give them a great look and the stained glass in the front door is beautiful! We are so so pleased and have recommended Winside to several friends. We also had Kevin come back and do our replacement eaves, soffits and fascia when we had the roof reshingled. Top notch work and the crew are amazing!! Highly recommend for all your household window, doors, siding, needs!

Honest and accountable are two words which I will use to describe this company. These were exceptional men who took great pride in their workmanship and had a level of Customer Service that is seldom experienced anymore. We are completely comfortable in recommending Kevin Albrecht and his team Joseph, Eric, Roger & Mark who worked on our home.

We chose Winside following a recommendation from a neighbour. We then viewed some of the previous and present work which was being done by the company. We spoke with past and present customers regarding Kevin and his team and were confident and satisfied to move forward as a result of the assurances we received from them.

My wife Lucie and I agreed to having our home insulated and sided, and to having our windows replaced and a patio door installed in our dining room where previously it had a plate glass window. Roger and Mark came to our home and replace our windows and installed the patio doors. Once this was completed Joseph and Eric came to insulate and install the siding. The workmanship and integrity of these men are exceptional. Their genuine desire to produce the finest Customer Service experience is is noteworthy and truly appreciated. I would invite them back into my home for this reason alone. My wife and I are truly blessed to have met each of them and to have had them carry out this work for us on our home.

I have just had Four windows and the Siding replaced on the front of my house by Winside.
The whole install of both windows and Siding was handled in a very professional manner, from Kevin first giving the quote; to the finished product. The job took 2 days to complete and the installers on both crews were prompt, efficient and kept the site clean. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Kevin and crews for a fantastic job the house looks great.

Kevin from Winside did our windows in a previous house and we were extremely happy with the price, the quality of windows, and the customer service at installation. So, when we sprang a leak in our new home and discovered it was a faulty patio door, we knew who to call. They were there the same day to give us a quote, and do a small repair to keep water out until they could install a replacement within the week. Again, the quality and customer service was great, but in these economic times, a good price is also much appreciated.

After asking neighbours about their experiences and seeing that Winside was doing a lot of business in my area I called Winside about some eavestrough that add come off my house in a winter storm. Kevin came out, gave me what I considered to be a very good quote. He said he could come out to repair it (I had everything redone because I wanted a change in colour and the wood underneath was rotting) and was there when he said he would be. I was impressed with the workmanship and the cleanliness of the jobsite.

I have had him install a door that was not a standard size. They were very efficient and the job was much better than I ever expected. I've had Winside do more installations for me over the years because of the excellent workmanship and service. I'll continue to use Kevin & his team and will highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to have their windows, doors, siding and eaves replaced. Driving through the neighbourhoods in which he has worked makes you appreciate the increased value his company has helped bring to the homes he has had the pleasure of upgrading.

I received a number of quotes to replace the old aluminum siding on my home and to add insulation to increase the R value and Kevin came out on top. He was also referred to me by a neighbour who said the quality of work and value for your money was second to non...and after 3 quotes, I agreed and signed a contract for myself.

Any new windows, doors, siding, eaves, soffits, I require on future homes will be done by Kevin and his team.

winside inc. the owner KEVIN came to our house and estimate the job . the price was was lower than other people we try. the windows he sold us have a great guarentee and quality was outstanding. The window toke 2weeks to be made but they where install in 1 day.installation was perfect and no mess was left for us to clean up.
