Drain Doctor The

Called to have a blockage removed from Basement Suite toilet to the Main line. Explained that main floor toilet was fine, so makes sense clearing would have to come from the toilet and on out. Phone rep quoted me $275. Job was done and the price was $310. I called in to get an explanation as to why the price was higher and was told that due to the fact that they had to go lift the toilet to do the clearage, the price is higher. When I explained that I was clear up front that the clearage would have to go through the toilet to get the job done and was quoted $275, I was passed to the supervisor. After explaining to three people what happened they refused to honour their quote. Two weeks later, the problem resurfaced. I used another drainage company and they fixed the problem permanently. I won't be using the Drainage Doctor again as there are much better options (at better pricing) in Calgary.
