The sales representative, Michael was congenial, helpful and knowledgeable. The quote was very competitive and they had a superior product. Installation went smoothly and Michael came by on both days to review work done and check in with us. The owner of the company, Tony came by too to check on the job and chat with us. Very contentious company - we will be using them again to replace all our basement windows in the near future.
