Our outside doors and basement windows were the originals, i.e., as old as the house. Couple basement windows had broken glasses. One outside door is leaking draft at wintertime. It is time for replacement. I asked for estimations from several windows and doors contractors. Ambia came in as very reasonable. Tony from Ambia was very patient to answer my questions and suggested options and models. After at least a dozen emails back and forth of discussions, I finally agreed on a plan. On the day of installation, the installers arrived on time and spent a whole day to install the windows and doors. Tony called to ensure everything was going on well. After the installation, Tony called again to ensure that we were happy with the products. I told Tony that I had one issue with the basement windows. Tony agreed to remedy the issue without extra charge even though the standard feature does not include that. He arranged the installers to come back and fixed the issue. I must say that Tony is the main reason for Ambias success. He is knowledgeable with products and patient with customers. He would go the extra mile to make customers happy with their products and workmanship. So far, we are very happy with our new windows and doors. I would not hesitate to recommend Ambia Windows and Doors to anyone.

Tony/Ambia will not disappoint; I reached out to a couple of companies to replace my windows and patio door. I settled on Ambia for various reasons (it was a combination of pricing, product quality, and customer experience). I replaced 15 windows and a patio door and I am very happy with the outcome. The installers were very efficient and they were done in 2 days. There were a couple of minor issues (cosmetic mainly) however Tony arranged the paper work and these parts were replaced under warranty in a timely manner. This only solidifies that Ambia stands behind their work/product quality paired with Tony going above and beyond to guarantee customer's satisfaction. I highly recommend Ambia and would like to extend my gratitude to Tony for all of his hard work and staying on top of things.

Ambia is a great company to go with for windows and doors. Jimmy was readily available to go over details and was patient with all my inquiries. He recommended casement, picture windows, which made my windows look so much bigger! I replaced almost all my windows in the house and installed a new backyard door with a glass and screen insert. Everything was really nice quality. The installer Chris and his team are hard workers that worked quickly and got everything done with good quality. We replaced all 17 windows and 1 side door with Ambia in early 2023.
Tony was great to deal with when preparing for the project, proposing layouts and recommending an Energy Advisor for the grant's audit. He kept us informed during the time leading up to the installation, and followed a few times with us after completion to see if we were satisfied or needed some questions answered. He provided great customer service.
Dragan and his team of installers were punctual and efficient performing the whole installation in 2 days.

My experience with the Ambia team was excellent. I was looking to retrofit 10 windows in my home and I contacted Ambia in the fall of 2022. Jimmy came out to my home and spent over an hour going over his recommendations for the windows. He carefully measured each window and made sure that the new windows would also work well with our existing window coverings. He then provided a very detailed quote of the work requested. I had another company simply give me a back of the envelope number for a quote (also a highly recommended company)

JImmy made it very clear that it would take roughly 3 months for the windows to be ready. He also emailed me when he had any updates on the installation date. Jimmy let me know that he was going to be on holiday when our installation date was to be. He advised me that Tony, who owns the company would be in touch. Not only was Tony in touch, he called me a few days prior to expected date and advised me that he would like to have the installer come a day or two earlier as the weather would be better to have the job done.
The installers did a super job with the retrofit. Everything fit perfectly just as Jimmy stated it would. They also left no mess in or around our home.
Tony was also able to get me in touch with Quincy who was able to do some painting of the windowsills that needed an update once the windows were installed. Quincy did a fantastic job as well. Everything looks great.
Tony also took the time to call me to make sure that I was pleased the windows and the work the installers did.
All in all Tony and his team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend Ambia to others looking for windows.

All round great experience with Ambia. Our sales rep - Cameron- was great; took time to explain window optiona,pricing etc. great follow up and updates. Ordering new windows was easy and no hidden costs. Installer was awesome. Took care to minimize dust/debris; cleaned up work area. Answered all questions and kept us informed on next steps, etc.. Tony, owner, called to follow up and ensure satisfaction. He showed genuine interest and care in our project and experience.
Windows are great - look good, solid and exceptional quality.
