I needed new carpeting in my living room and upper hallway and considered about half a dozen retailers before selecting Victorious Flooring, partly based on their excellent reputation on Homestars.
Victorious did not disappoint. Mark provided shop-at-home service, a feature that I didn’t initially appreciate until I became aware of how different the various colour samples looked in the light of my house versus the light of the showroom. He also provided advice and a detailed estimate that defined all the important terms and conditions. Most importantly, his price was very competitive.
Installation went exactly as described. Jay and Tony were prompt, courteous, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They even went to Home Depot to supply transition pieces to match my existing ones. I was also impressed with the follow-up call from Mark during the evening following installation to verify my satisfaction with the work.
