This is my first time hiring Victorious Flooring to do Hardwood Floor Repairs. I had a chip in the floor. I send an email to mark in the weekend (Sunday).... The floor was fixed before I got home on Monday!!! waaw, the floor looks great. The customer service is AMAZING and the price is right.

We needed to replace old carpet before selling our house so Mark came to measure and give an estimate. We were very impressed by his professionalism and precision in every aspect of the job. His quote was upheld and his team came on time and did a great job. After installation, we noticed a few high tacks and Mark came out in person to repair them. He took our remnants and bound them for re-use which was much appreciated. He's the kind of guy you just enjoy being around. Mark returned my message within an hour of my call and arrived at 7:00 in the evening to put my carpet back down after a flood. This relieved a great deal of stress for us. He took care to do a thorough job. He quoted a range from 260-300 on the phone and charged the bottom price.

I had such a small carpet repair job but yet Mark treated the work as if I was paying a lot of money for it. Thank you so much Mark for coming out and taking care of the repair so quickly.

We had to replace well worn carpeting in our second level and basement. Approximately - 1,000 sqft with stairs. Mark is a passionate about his trade and thoroughly professional. He carries carpet grade that does not spew toxic chemicals and provides great after sales service.

A friend referred Victorious Flooring to us to install the runner on the stairs and I have to say, they did an excellent job! Mark is a great guy to work with. He gave us very good ideas, was very patient to determine the best solution for our house. The execution of the installation was great as well. Mark came to out house, gave us options to choose from and we are 100% happy with our choice! We even called him back to carpet 5 stairs, since our german sheppherd was having a hard time getting up and down the hard wood stairs.. He had a piece of remnant carpet for 5 stairs he gave to us for a great deal, and now our elderly german shepherd has no problem getting up and down the stairs Thank you!.
